I can't remember seeing a double & triple play game like this and I have watched the Sox for a very long time.

This is what a lot of games are going to be like in a year or two. Keep the faith.

This is shaping up as a game the boys can be proud of. Hitting against a top pitcher and multiple homers including a grand slam...defense including double plays and triple play...pitching and holding down a good offensive club especially at their home where they seldom lose. ENTERTAINING!!!

Abreu has been adding to his trade value as he continues hitting homers & rbi's. Interesting if offers tempt the FO. I'm actually on the fence on this. Good time for him to get hot... both for negotiating an extension with us or upping his value for trade.

For me it is the only way to pitch. Nova is painful to watch. Hard to keep the defense awake.

I agree with you but didn't feel like getting jumped on by half the board. We lost the 2 games I expected to lose because our pitching situation looked kind of bleak.

I thought the bullpen game on Monday showed our bullpen has potential. Three single run innings allowed Not at all a bad effort.

Houston hasn't knocked us out of the park. Pitching and defense wins games. Just really been out pitched.

I agree. Time so see what we have in the two guys you mention and also find out if McCann is extension worthy. Castillo does nothing for this team now or future.
