This game will help get the monkey off the back of a few players who have been putting pressure on themselves. Abreu in particular struggles when he is trying to do to much.

Cordell making us wonder why he wasn't in the opening day lineup.

He has been a very nice pickup. I actually prefer him catching to Castillo.

We needed a game like this. Only Alonzo below Mendoza. Sanchez over .240 seems impossible for where he was one week ago.

His grandma's condition might have something to do with his recent poor performance. His head may have been elsewhere.

I think Hahn thought he getting the players these guys always have been. Their relationship with Machado was just a plus. Both players have either under performed or not performed.

The agent is the driving force for me.

Cordell in center and Garcia gives us the best lineup but Eloy & Garcia in the same outfield without Engle is scary.

Seems Cordell contributes in every game he plays in. Very well rounded with bat, glove & speed. Not elite but very good. Like him a lot.

I live in Michigan and blacken out of MLB for Detroit games. Watched the game on local TV and the post game guys were talking up how good the White Sox are already. One guy strongly claiming the Sox would give Indians and Twins a run for it before this year was over. Claimed only the starting pitching looked dicey. Nice to hear even if hard to believe. Good game.

Abreu teaches us not to give up on him.

Moncada looking good!

Has some hit tool, power, arm, speed & catch the ball. Not elite in anything but all around a good player.

Stolen base from Cordell. He's a breath of fresh air.

He certainly has looked like a serviceable major league outfielder. That right field spot is still open for anyone who wants it. Maybe we've found him.

No reason for Abreu to bat third...that's for sure.

You can only imagine how many fans go to the park to see Joe West.

MLB looking for the things that will help it self destruct.

Green light on 3 - 0 and swings at ball in the dirt. Hard to defend!

Joe West should be made to explain how tossing your bat back toward the dugout is worthy of the same penalty as throwing a ball at someone. He was over the top with this call. For years he has acted like people came to the park to see him.

Cordell does everything better than Palka except hit homers and so far he leads in that category also.

He disrespected me so I threw a 90 Mph baseball at him. Dumb!

I like Jason & Stone but please talk baseball and leave the comedy routines to the professionals.

Sad but true!

Happening way to much!
