    search function has always been a PITA. there is a 60 second cooldown function built in to prevent bots/spamming

    I'm cool with that There has also been talk about Raleigh with studies showing it would be just as good, if not better than Charlotte. Apparently the owner of the Hurricanes (and now Trail Blazers too) is pushing for it.
