Also for the record i've only been here for 3 years so still pretty new and i'm sure the few other ppl here from NC may have more input

New Belgium (technically out of Colorado but they have a 2nd brewery in Asheville) is my favorite. Actually drinking Voodoo Ranger right now but they also do Fat Tire. Wicked Weed is the other big one. I think there are some other small ones but i'm not too familiar with them. If you are a history/architecture nerd make sure you check out Biltmore. I don't know how much time you have but Great Smoky Mountains (+Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge) is a <2 drive west and Sugar Mountain, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, and Boone (awesome college baseball stadium) <2 drive north. If you are a degenerate like myself there is also a big Cherokee casino in the Native American reserve about an hour west.

I read somewhere that Baldwin is the only player in MLB with 5+ starts at 6 positions. I think he's gonna have to keep moving around though until one of Robert, Beni, or Tauchman are gone. Edit: Found it. He's said before it is a dream of his to play all 9 positions in 1 MLB game. (I think he said he did it in HS or college) I don't see a world where they would ever allow that though.
