  1. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jun 22, 2007 -> 04:37 PM) I'd still take the Crede of last year over Ramirez. Same here. This year is obviously a different story.
  2. Since Soriano came up in 2000, he is always a sucker for pitches in the dirt. Why not throw one there with 2 strikes? Sheesh!
  3. When it is officially a DUI, release him.
  4. Hurry back, Pods, just so I don't have to watch Mackowiak swing at flies over his head.
  5. QUOTE(EvilJester99 @ Jun 22, 2007 -> 04:16 PM) I wish they would clear out both broadcast booths... Agree. If anything, I would keep DJ and put him with a legit PBP guy. They dropped the ball after 2005 with the radio deal. If you don't bring Rooney back, you go get a PBP guy. You could of gotten someone good.
  6. Gooch wouldn't of been able to get to that grounder.
  7. AJ in full pull mode with those two pitches. First one would of been nice to hit to left.
  8. That's horrible.
  9. Now Z implodes...?
  10. QUOTE(Brian @ Jun 22, 2007 -> 04:02 PM) Groundball please. Thank you.
  11. Groundball please.
  12. Tigers traded Maroth to the Cardinals. Makes sense, Cardinals needs a starter and the Tigers had too many. Don't think they got much in return.
  13. 2 strikes on Soriano, throw one in the dirt.
  14. Well, if we trade everyone and become the Marlins, I wouldn't cry. If the Sox are gonna lose, I'd rather watcha young, fast team than the older stiffs we have now. Do we trust KW to get the best prospects or younger players though?
  15. The main problem I have had with our coaching/scouting, 2-2 count on Soriano and you don't throw a curve in the dirt for him to swing over. He has been like that since 2000.

I agree that Vince is a horrible PE but thank God it's a TV SHOW! Can't believe nobody else mentioned Rubenstein's cocaine story about why there is no more money.

QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Jun 22, 2007 -> 07:40 AM) Interesting article here from the Palm Beach Post; Now here's a scenario. Both A-Rod and Miggy are FA's in the off-season, who would you choose. And I'm assuming 75% or more would take Miggy here. From the article:

Self high 5, there is some TV channel called ION that shows an hour of the Wonder Years every week night. I haven't watched this show in years but loved it when it was on.
  19. Sosa hits #600 off Marquis.
  20. I would be more gung ho if some of the TNA guys were still with them to draw me in and let the more unknown guys surprise me.
  21. Just noticed there is an ROH show in Chicago this weekend, but too late for me to get off work. I still want to go sometime and bring my "RKO > ROH" sign. I'm kidding of course. I do wanna see what the hype is all about sometime. Guess I will just have to get the PPV.
  22. Picky, Picky... MLB suspended RHP Chad Qualls three games for throwing a ball into the stands during Monday's game. Qualls was upset after giving up three runs to the Angels, so when the inning was over, he took the baseball and fired it into the upper deck. Apparently, that's frowned upon.
  23. 9 matches on a 3 hour show, you figure the WHC and WWE title matches will take up the most of the matches. I see Umaga squashing Marella. Melina and Candice will be about 5 minutes.

QUOTE(Steff @ Jun 20, 2007 -> 04:35 PM) Him, too. Probably, same family and all.
