That's a classic... a little IcyHot in a guys Jock... that'll get his attention real fast.

Henson is going to be used as trade bait... I see Miami (dolphins) in his future.... Either that or he's going to be re-drafted, going somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd round

mmmmmmm virginlicious Mods move me to SL&P... I shouldn't post while I have multiple windows open.

how much are we really worth??? $220,000 $3.50 $45MIL

The dolphins are definately going to be taking a QB, in FA or the draft... Rivers impressed this weekend at the Senior bowl... I think Marino wants an experienced guy though. He wants Brunell or Warner.

The physics of Hockey I was going to copy and paste the article here, but i kept getting a C++ debug error... so you're going to have to visit the link to read.

I'm not a fan of Blue Moon. It has too much sweetness for my taste. that's probably got something to do with it being served with an orange slice every time i've had it. IF you like that one you should try Hacker Pschorr(sp) there's no way i spelled that right. pronounced hocker Shore. Probably not even pronouncing it right. Also you'd probably like Sam Adams summer ale... Not quite the same as the other two, but they each share qualities of the other... all served with a form of citrus. Some of my favorites... around here.. honeywiess, yingling(sp), PBR(its so bad, its good),a couple brew pubs i frequent, carmel nut ale(i order desert and have a couple of those and I'm in heaven) aruba red (kinda like Red Stripe, only drinkable),and one I can't have anymore the pub closed i think it was called Brussels Duvel. My favorite that I can't get here is Fat Tire Ale(only available west of Mississippi river. It's served in Safeco and PacBell ballparks though at an outrageous price) -- I still have a bunch stashed in my fridge, but unfortunately rationing the beer was not a good idea. The small amount I have left is pretty much undrinkable.

1 - Crede - He just needs to stay out of those prolonged funks and he'll bat almost 300, 25 HR's 90+ RBI's 2 - Konerko - He's just too good to continue his erratic play (however, he is most likely to not return to form also, if that can happen) 3 - Rowand put up solid number last year when he played everyday. I think he can do even better now that he's over his injuries. Keyword: THINK 4 - Esty - He won't win twenty games this year, lets just hope for more than 15 and about 10 losses. 5a - Harris - I have little confidence in his ability to get on base at the major league level. 5b - Olivo - Can't hit a curve - as a catcher I don't know why he can't lay off of 'em. He should be able to see them sooner than most. I hope he figures out how to hit a ball that bends otherwise he'll be lucky to put up number like he did last year.. after the allstar break, the book was out on him. Everyone knew throw a bender in the dirt and he'll walk back to the dugout.

I predict no one gets more than 20 saves... Zer0 - 11 -- biggest help could be in postseason Kock - 17 -- not as bad as last year, but he's never been particularly good. Marte - 16 - Ends season as closer(pretty much) If he has to face 3 righties, they'll go with one of the others. DW - 3 a couple of three inning saves...

3 rounds... Even that is going to be really hard to pull off logistically... -
The Cheat selects the Vikes or the Pack... Whichever you can't get rid of.

This makes me think of two completely unrelated things... 1) this quote ---- I don't kill flies, but I like to mess with their minds. I hold them above globes. They freak out and yell "Whooa, I'm way too high." I don't know why. 2) this picture...

Any question about curry's heart could have been answered when he was in HS... I watched him lose the State Championship game to a schaumburg team that had only one player over 6'6", who fouled out quickly, obviously. All that team did was try harder than Curry's, they were severly undermatched, yet outhustled Curry & Co. If a HS kid can't hustle and try his hardest in a State championship game, what makes you think he is going to try in a random game during an 82 game season against a team from Canada?

What I meant by saying I think they would goin to camp over the cap is that they are going to be very active in free agency... i think they are going to sign enough players to go over it, with the intention of dropping/trading guys...
-
I'd be happy with that pick, although he is ALOT like the a-train... so I don't know if JA would take the guy.
-
The top 2 OLmen wil certainly be gone @ 14... I think that we may address OL in the FA market though... Clifton(GB) Tait(KC) are both viable options... Wilfolk would be a great grab @ 14... I think the bears are going to go into camp well over the cap.... JA overpaid for a bunch of guys... RDub, B.Rob, Stewart... All could be cut and the bears jsut take the cap hit... Stewart is almost %100 gone... I think his cap number is only his signing bonus, so that amounts to like $500,000. The bears have a solid core of good young players, and even with some overpriced guys they have a bunch of wiggle room under the cap, and no major FA losses... This offseason is going to be really fun to watch JA build his team.

Angelo was at a Virgina Tech game earlier this year... I forget which one... It was in Blacksburg... Who knows, maybe he was looking at D'Angelo Hall... But from what I've heard he's had his mind made up... He had his mind made up about Saban too, and we see how that turned out. I'm not disappointed with not having Saban. Maybe we'll end up in the same position, JA will listen to the people around him and might not be so inclined to draft a RB. The bears needs in free agency and the draft are... OL, DL, CB, in that order. But I think we can easily get the one of the line spots filled through FA. The other line spot should be our top pick, and CB in the second/third round... Maybe we can find another tillman.

Jackson is a RB from OSU, Oregon State....Angelo wants Jones though. He needs to worry about both lines though.

That looks like something that was floating around about 2 or 3 months ago... Translation: It's Bogus -
link I don't know what the kids are getting paid to be in the commercial, but pepsi should make it public that it will cover the kids court costs/settlement with the RIAA. That would make Pepsi look great and the RIAA like even bigger assholes than they already are.

No suggestion... I Just wanted to note the relationship between what Pittsburgh does, and what the Bears do. I think Pitt may trade up to grab one of the two QB's. But if they don't they'll almost assuredly go RB.... and since we know JA has something against the A-train, and has a hard-on for Jones, Pittsburgh is going to directly effect who the bears get.
