Why is Danks still in a tied game in the 7 th.? It is fair to say though, that the Sox pitiful offense puts a lot of pressure on our pitchers.

Sox can only score on solo homers these last two games. Can’t manufacture runs with everybody swinging out of the zone striking out/ not taking any walks.

TA fly ball rate is 10.6% and his walks rate 2.8%, awful for a lead off hitter.

Agree. Singles have become like the 2 point shot in basketball…few practitioners. In basketballs is bombs away with 3 pt shot and in baseball swing for the fences analogous to the 3 pointer.
