Yoelkis feels some of that pain

After this season, if Bonemer balls out, it’s interesting how high he goes in the 100. Hype train leaving the station. Roch is ahead, probably as a SS in the field for sure. He needs to keep hitting in the Big 10.

I’m trying to think of what Bonemer might look like after 2 years of college. There’s not a lot of looks at him playing shortstop on YouTube. Plenty of him hitting

Bonemer arriving right around the time to start considering paying Colston. 🤔

They can spend it on housekeeping and general repair moves throughout the year they would be making anyway. Payroll drops. Something about the way he answered that the way he did

Lets just hope Getz told the truth about spending the money. Then with the prospects, and whatever else they buy, there’s a good chance they can come-out ahead once Robert grabs his hammy again. But that’s hard to earmark.

Kind of tells you everything you needed to know about what this organization has been about, and the fix was in.

‘Paid off’ Rest easy brother

Kelenic knew.

A lot of things get said

I gotta believe Getz wanted to at least keep him up to the deadline, but Murakami shocked the world and Getz by signing. So down came the axe

It’s hard to blame Getz. This was clearly a mandate from above. Probably part of the price for green-lighting Murakami

Lets just say, Montgomery isn’t getting blocked

Probably better than the lesser Basabe

Jerry

Cash is a great player. Love that guy.

Sold lower now than they might have later, correct. There ought to be a good point to doing it now. Otherwise, don’t do it just to do it

As much as we talk building culture around here, baseball smart and defense should be a premium. Try and get something for Sosa and help our new manager establish a baseline of expectations for playing good baseball.

Correct 👍

That’s why I said talent is what makes it OK to be….whatever y’all are accusing Kelenic of being.

I’d say there’s been a lot of great teams with a lot of different personalities on them. A number of them aren’t the most conformist in the world, and certainly not Boy Scouts. Talent is what makes everything ok. If Kelenic was good, he’d just be considered quirky.

I thought he was a hard worker. He’s got some kind of emotional issue, which is not the same thing as “culture”. We have some people talking about him like he is Josh Donaldson.

Logical reasoning says he came to the Sox because they basically have him making the team already. I doubt it’s the Chicago of it all. Which I love don’t get me wrong.

You could just pretend he’s traded while he”s injured, and hitting .185 into June.
