I thought the White Sox were making money, tons of money. Another aspect of the modern era of baseball is fans hate seeing their teams spend money. This is a strange new world. Fans love losing. Fans don't want the owners to spend any cash.

I hope there's severe backlash if the Sox trade Abreu. There's absolutely no reason for it. The rebuild is moving along. Trading him for prospects would be quite stupid when he'd be a veteran presence needed to win anything of significance. If they trade Abreu that's just a disgusting thought is all I can say. I guess there are rebuild fanatics who would love such a trade but it sickens me.

Why is Kim Jong Un suddenly acting like he wants peace, etc? Let's just for a moment assume this is all a farce and he will continue testing nukes and has ulterior motives. What are they? What would those be? Would it be easier to take over South Korea by opening the borders, etc? Once things appear peaceful, boom, he takes over the 2 countries?
