Don’t get hurt running the bases.
-
OK. 6 outs to cover. Another run would be nice.
-
Well, he didn’t walk him.
-
People’s looks like he’s about 12 years old.
-
Pay attention to his gum chewing, you’ll really be exasperated!

I assume they set it up to get Martin and Burke at home against the Yankees. Try to out slug the Rangers for a couple games and put the two best starters against NY. Oh crap. Forgot about the Astros series. I suppose that still sets up a Davis and Burke for the end of the Yankee series.

I was thinking about Vasquez a couple of days ago. I was thinking he’d be a valuable player in today’s game, if I’m recalling him correctly. I seem to remember he’d look like an All-Star through 5 innings, basically twice through the order, then get rocked the third time through. If he could do that today, he’d be much more valuable than he was 20 years ago. Or maybe I’m remembering wrong and if that’s the case I’m sure I’ll be corrected quickly. 😂

There’s your run, Burke. Now make it stand up.

I like B Montgomery behind Beni even when Teel is playing. Montgomery looks like he’s ready to hit. Time for Burke to shove and the offense to do its part. Win the series fellas!

How about a bloop and a blast!
-
Go Cubs. 🤮

Game 2 Konerko GS, Pods game winning bomb. Game 3 Crede bomb, multiple hits in 5 run inning. Blum bomb on the 14th. Anecdotes are fun.

Can I be honest? I’m a C Montgomery fan but I HATE how he chews gum! That guys jaws have to ache!
-
I just saw that after the Jays, Rangers, Astros we have the Yankees, Rays, Red Sox, Guardians. Yikes.
-
I trust Seranthony to get through another inning now.
-
Hell, yes!
-
Let’s put this away.
-
No way that’s an out.
-
Putting up a 0 in the bottom of the 7th would be nice.
-
I guess that’s a good result for Tony’s confidence. Maybe he takes the hill as Anthony in the 7th.
-
Putting up a 0 in the bottom of the 6th would be nice.
-
It would be a nice night to let Seranthony take an inning.
-
Nice. 2 strike hit vs a lefty. Growth!
-
Love this match up for Vargas.
-
More runs please!
