An effective Joe Kelly, the new and improved ReyLo, Graveman and Hendriks being as dominant as he’s been lately is a strong bullpen. Absent an effective Bummer we still need to acquire a decent lefty arm though. I’m sure the thought of acquiring another bullpen arm at the deadline has Hahn rock-hard.

I mean if it gives us the results he's gotten recently I have no complaints. He certainly doesn't look like Lance Lynn out there.

Any sort of Cease gem would be a hell of a way to go into the all star break and a giant middle finger to the fact that he isn't an all star.

The piling on is becoming overwhelming. I doubt he'd ever get fired as opposed to the front office bump, but staying in the dugout is starting to look untenable at this point.

Just tuning in, but why the hell wouldn't you make the punt line-up in game 1 when you're facing Bieber and almost guaranteed to lose anyways? Now we get to see a puke-worthy line-up in game 1 where we (in theory) had an actual fucking chance at winning a game.

I truly believe that TLR is the root of all the rot here. As flawed as this roster is, it is a group of talented players who should be doing better than they are. As much as Ricky’s decisions bugged me, this was a fun squad to watch back then. Now? Bunch of corpses taking their managers lead.

Dude clearly has phenomenal talent. This team ruined him. It’s sad. Though his laziness out there probably does speak to his ability to become truly great.
