  1. That's a start! Don't trust Omogrosso to leave it at a 2 run lead though
  2. Getting shut down by Corey Kluber in a pennant race. Ugh
  3. So pretty much everything is away and straight at about 92-93 MPH but no one can get a piece of it. Awesome
  4. So I need to start two of MJD (Indy), Richardson (Buf) and Michael Bush (StL). I feel Bush is a must start this week and I'm actually leaning towards Richardson over MJD. What say you? (PPR league by the way)
  5. QUOTE (chw42 @ Sep 20, 2012 -> 10:59 PM) Our clutch hitting wasn't that bad. It was our baserunning that was. 1-8 RISP
  6. That was a pathetic loss. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Embarrassing.
  7. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 04:23 PM) Repeating what I said in the other thread... F***. Hard to see how this is such a calamitous situation... Might even be a good thing since the game the next day is at 1 AJ might play both games now
  8. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 12:45 PM) Ha, yeah. I'm not the only one though. There's a lot of hate watching with that show. From the panels at ComicCon it sounds like the writers are fully aware that the 2nd season sucked and there was too much talking/not doing anything. We get new characters and new sets in season 3, so i'm sure it'll be better. Lori Grimes is still around though. She might be the worst character in the history of television. Her son Carl will fight her tooth and nail for that award!
  9. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Sep 19, 2012 -> 01:10 PM) im not gonna lie, I would rather have that barbecue over deep dish I was gonna say the same thing. I had to be in Wichita for work a few days this summer and the barbecue out there is phenomenal
  10. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Sep 18, 2012 -> 04:25 PM) Did anyone watch Revolution? I have it dvrd and am going to give it a shot when I get home. The acting wasn't great but I found the story interesting enough. I don't get the over the top vitriol that it is receiving prior to the premiere even airing.
  11. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Sep 17, 2012 -> 04:29 PM) I didn't say he cost me $5500, I said POTENTIALLY. I have the whole season mapped out w/ my picks, I was pretty damn confident. It's possible that shank of a kick cost me $5500. The Patriots losing knocked out about 70% of survivor players. It's not like you were alone. It's silly to think like that in week 2 of a survivor pool.
  12. Need to get this insurance run (at least) in here! If they IBB Youkilis I'd seriously consider PH for Dunn (not that that would ever happen)
  13. Fantastic at bat from Beckham. He's been a really good player so far in September
  14. Well s***, after that inning I'd be all for leaving Myers in for the 9th
  15. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Sep 17, 2012 -> 04:30 PM) we need a cushion for addison. A cushion? Lately we've needed the whole sofa
  16. Absolute phenomenal slide by Rios there. Sox lucky to take the lead but it's still a lead! Unfortunately they are now 1-7 today with the bases loaded. Doing a good job to get there, but not doing much once they do.
  17. That was big holding it to 1 this inning. Offense should be able to get that back
  18. That was a huge inning...they're all over Fister now.
  19. If we don't win the division, our putrid execution of hitting with RISP over the past couple weeks will be a primary factor
