I made a post about wondering if when Getz confronted Crochet about the possibility of an extension which he quickly turned down (don’t know if they got into the numbers or not), did Getz then proceed with discussing the Sox plan with Crochet and his agent regarding moving him at the deadline to get their thoughts.

Makes no sense, whether a trade is close or not. Really no reason to start him.

It is a good question. He has done some because I have seen the tweets from the beat reporters on their Q/A interaction but it seems like he doesn’t consistently do it like Hahn did in the past.

The most played out excuse for a GM being slow to the table. Yes, everyone knows this. It sure doesn’t seem to be an issue for the Rays and other teams with several trades being made already.

Defends Tim Anderson to the bitter end. Hates Luis Robert. Hilarious. One guy ruined his career because he was more focused on knocking up Instagram hoochies outside of his marriage. Luis Robert? We don’t have any definitive proof of him doing anything other than his appearance while in the field. He still defends Anderson over Robert. At least I’m confident, Luis Robert wouldn’t get demolished by Jose Ramirez like Anderson was.

I’d be curious to know more between the engagement and ex-wife, but with your epic beard inherited from your dad, you will have no problem meeting another girl.

Who cares? They got nothing for him in return in a trade, which was the entire point of signing a flip candidate like him two years in a row. No one wanted him last year cuz he may have beaten his girlfriend, and the Sox signed him already knowing that.

Getz is awful. No one wanted him last year, and yes I know about his contract and buyout but the Sox could’ve eaten it if they wanted to trade him. Also, take a look at how Jake McCarthy is doing, whom Getz and Josh Barfield chose Dominic Fletcher over. These guys are terrible at their jobs. They hit on one guy — Fedde — congratulations. If he isn’t traded for a starting position player it won’t have meant much.

And also passed on Joey Bart. Getz is worse than a chimpanzee trying to pick players by throwing darts at a dart board.

Haha, could’ve had him for next to nothing. A worthwhile recoup project. Instead, Getz goes after an older Senzel. Terrible GM. Terrible.

I don’t think much is going to happen on Tuesday either. Getz will join the Grifol fail parade at the trade deadline.

You have to maximize your fall guy by waiting until the end of the season. That will trick all stupid Sox fans, so thinks our awful owner.
