QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Nov 19, 2006 -> 07:32 PM) Did anyone see whenMarvin Harrison dropped a pass late in the 4th quarter and it was called a catch, and the replay upheld the catch? I dont know what those refs were looking at, that ball clearly hit the ground and bounced up into Harrisons arms. Its a moot point since the Colts lost anyways, but it was really obvious that Harrison lost the ball. It looked good to me, from every angle they showed. However, the challenge worked out, as it was called on a play where the Colts looked like they had a score. -

OH NOS! So we're not going to go undefeated; I didn't expect us to. I couldn't care less. That's not what I'm worried about. I'm worried about what we do in January. -

With a new starting lineup of Bassett, Ratliff, Shaw, Stemler, White--IU finally had a comfortable win, with a 90-69 win over Chicago State. Positives: DJ White had a scare early on in the first half, where he landed on his right foot funny (not the one that was injured last year), and he went to the locker room for a few minutes. However, he came back and had his best game of the season with 18 points and 12 boards. Stemler, Shaw, Bassett, and Keeling were all great contributors today as well. Negatives: Calloway had an off-night, and Ben Allen is still having trouble adjusting to playing in the post. -

QUOTE(R.Sweeney @ Nov 18, 2006 -> 06:11 PM) Good point man. The Sox would have more money to spend after trading salary. I hope I put the periods in the right places this time. -

Purdue's going to hold on for the win 28-19. IU just couldn't hold on to the ball in some key situations. Our offensive stats look great everywhere but in the points category. We finished with 500 yards (287 in the air/213 on the ground). Just couldn't get it into the end zone. It's frustrating, but it's a big change to be playing a meanable game on the final day of the season. Coach Hep's going to get us in a bowl game next season; there's no doubt in my mind. -

IU needs to get the W today to make a bowl game for the first time since 1993. 7-3 Purdue at the half. -

QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Nov 18, 2006 -> 11:13 AM) My official prediction: 27-17 Ohio State. When games are this evenly matched, I just take the team with the better QB, and plus tOSU is at home. I'm pulling for UM, but I expect OSU to win. However, it's interesting. Everytime ESPN had the poll question up of who would win, OSU was favored by ≤8% of the nation. But today, Michigan is currently the nation's pick to win the game, with 54% of the vote. -

That was some ugly basketball. We're playing 20-30 minutes of decent ball a game so far, with 10 disgusting minutes which makes the games way too interesting. Two positives tonight are Shaw and Stemler though. I can't wait to see those two develop throughout the season. QUOTE(witesoxfan @ Nov 17, 2006 -> 02:10 PM) It's actually 113 over 3 - there's a team option in there too for $10 mill. That's actually possible, though quite unrealistic. 3 years is much more plausible to achieve that number; however, it'll still be tough. -

QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ Nov 17, 2006 -> 01:13 PM) I'm going to make an outrageous prediction. Frank retires at the end of this contract with 600 homers. 113 homers in 2 years; no one can say you didn't go out on a limb.
