Nothing like getting home from the first day of practice and getting run to death to see a White Sox Winner!

I made the team!!!! They are still evaluating what freshmen will make JV or Varsity, so I need to impress this week and hopefully make JV. That is unlikely though. 35 freshmen tried out and they only kept 15, so there were a lot of shattered dreams, a lot of my friends included.

I called my local EB Games and it won't be available til Wednesday. Your best bet is probably to call the store you buy from first before wasting time if it's not there Tuesday.

Well then let me say Valpo plays Oakland today, right now in fact, in the opening round of the Mid-Con tourny. I might add that Oakland was the preseason favorite and turned out to be the eighth seed. They have started to turn it on lately, so VU has to be careful. A few more side notes; Valpo won it's 9th regular season champioship in 10yrs this year and are 12-0 all time versus Oakland.

IUPUI?! Hell no! Valpo will destroy the Jaguars. It's time we get back into the tournament, a two year dry spell would suck. But VU has to first get by the 8th seeded Oakland Grizzlies who were the preseason favorites. We are 12-0 vs. Oakland which can always scare you since streaks are almost always snapped. BTW- I'm in.
