  1. God forbid the president be a religous man. OHHHH NOOOOO we can't have that!
  2. This asshole needs to fry. Don't kill him right away though, in fact, keep him alive as long as possible while inflicting maximum pain.
  3. Garland is my choice unless Contreras or Hernandez prove me wrong.
  4. 80'S would have to be Fisk and Kitty 90's: Black Jack, Big Hurt and Ventura 2000's: MB & Maggs
  5. QUOTE(LowerCaseRepublican @ Jan 20, 2005 -> 02:00 PM) And the Iranian government may be crazy, but they're not stupid -- and if they wanted to get a dirty bomb into the US, it could be done and they've got the capabilities to do that. If they're willing to try something like that then I'd say the weather forecast in Tehran, Bam, Kerman and several other cities would be calling for daytime highs in the 7000 degrees Celcius range with UV ratings off the charts.
  6. If they draft another running back when they are so desperately in need of a few recievers and O Linemen I will be seriously pissed.
  7. QUOTE(KipWellsFan @ Jan 20, 2005 -> 10:33 AM) Democrats delay vote on Rice and Gonzalez http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/commo...55E2703,00.html Personally I really don't know what this means, and why were there only 18 people in on that vote for Rice? What position do they hold? She was before the Senate Foregin Relations committee when she gave her testimony. The chamber, obviously, is chaired and controlled by Republicans.
  8. http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/01/18/oil.for.food/index.html Ashcroft is announcing the charges now. Lets see how high this scandal goes.

  10. Winners of 7 in a row and only 1 game under 500?! Could it be that we have a real basketball team in this town for the 1st time in over 6 years?!?! I am most impressed!
  11. QUOTE(winodj @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 09:19 PM) Yes there is. But that's not the point. That's the right swamp to drain. Too bad we aren't capable at the moment. That swamp can be drained with one night of air strikes. Aside from that they aren't much of a threat.
  12. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 10:37 PM) Yeah I know it's percentage that counts, but that's a mute point saying that Kerry got more votes than Reagan. This is such a stupid point ot be arguing. First of all the population has gone up quite a bit in the last 20 years and the turnout was higher as well. Of course candidates today are going to get a higher vote total than Reagan did, even if they lose.
  13. QUOTE(winodj @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 09:39 PM) Over 58 million voters voted for change. But I guess that means nothing to you. And they lost. But I guess that means nothing to you.
  14. QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 07:09 PM) Wow, I just saw 'Supersize Me.' What an insane movie. I don't eat fast food often at all, maybe once a month. I don't think I want to eat it at all anymore. However, I am stuck with this campus meal plan, which probably isn't much better. All that movie proves to me is the point that if you overdo something like that it has consequenses. If you eat fast food once in a while and get enough exercise ( and you aren't genetically disposed to being fat ) you will easily maintain your health. As far as I'm concerned that movie would have been twice as good if that bozo had a heart attack and dropped dead.
  15. QUOTE(Scwible @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 07:56 PM) Wow, if this happen, here we come Military draft. The most we'd ever do to Iran at this point is bomb their nuke sites. I think Bush has enough common sense to realize that we are in no position to invade anymore countries.
  16. QUOTE(winodj @ Jan 16, 2005 -> 08:49 PM) Where would you draw the line? (story may be forthcoming) The second weekend I was in Korea ( December 2003 ) I had another sergeant move in with me. That Saturday night he got royally wasted. He comes back about 3 AM and was bouncing off the walls, slurring his speech, the whole 9 yards. I helped him find his bed and no sooner do I walk away than he pukes all over the bed. He was too wasted to know the difference so I ended up having to pick his sorry ass up and sit him down on the toilet so if he puked again he'd at least be nearer to the porcelin goddess. Had I not moved him he'd have suffocated in his own vomit. After another couple of heaves he sobered up a bit and I made him clean up his bed & then he passed out. I stopped him in the hall the next day and said to him " You ever do something like that again & I'm gonna throw you right out of that f***ing window ( we were on the 2nd floor ). He got the message.
  17. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 07:50 PM) Every time I watch some asshole on TV, it usually turns out to be Bush. I rest my case.
  18. QUOTE(KipWellsFan @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 07:39 PM) Well that's their job not mine. I keep forgetting you're Canadian. LOL
  19. Personally, I think it's a toss up. Maybe a slight edge to the Eagles cause they're itching to show they can win the big game.
  20. I gotta go with the Pats for this game. They handled Peyton Manning and his offense with relative ease and Pitt is lucky to be playing after the kicker from the Jets hooked a last second field goal in regulation.
  21. Well, the NE folks are the winners. Seems to me now that the PATS are the odds on favorites to win at least the AFC and most likely will take it all.
  22. QUOTE(Controlled Chaos @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 10:07 AM) If he says..."we messed up 'blank' part of the war" everybody in the world will jump on it....cause you are all just dying to have something to point at. If he stays steadfast and relentless in the fight..then only the people that nitpick every little f***ing thing he does anyway, will find something to b**** about. I have no problem with what he said. We did have an election...part of that election was the Dems hammering home what a failure the Iraq war is and Bush won anyway. It is not the sole reason, but it is part of it..so why can't he acknwledge it. I know all the elitists want to think Bush only won cause of the religion issues or the gay marriage issues, but I hate to tell you....a lot of EDUCATED people that can careless about either issue voted for Bush. Why can't you just accept there are people with a different opinion than you...and no matter how much you rip the president and no matter how many celebrities get paraded in front of the cameras to degrade this administration and no matter how much hype a movie filled with lies gets....people still have minds of their own. Republicans are not sheep. We are not all flyover morons. Every time I watch some asshole on TV talk about how the president f***ed up this or should have done that I think to myself "Why SHOULD he reach out to the other side?" The truth is that the left hates Bush so much that it doesn't make any difference what he does, they'll just hate him more. Better to just bury them so deep in the minority that their shrill voices don't sound quite so annoying.
  23. QUOTE(KipWellsFan @ Jan 17, 2005 -> 05:13 PM) That's bulls*** and I don't know how to put it in any simpler terms... As long as the administration keeps up with their s***, so will I. :finger Go right ahead, but remember that the reason your side lost the last election is because the best platform you could come up with was "Bush sucks, elect me". People would much rather vote FOR something rather than AGAINST something.
  24. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jan 16, 2005 -> 02:31 PM) Game. Too early to say that.......yet.... One more philly score of anykind and you can say that then.
