I try and I try to understand where you're coming from but frankly your views always piss me off.

Well, here's a reaon for RJ to come here. He despises Curt Schilling, Shilling moved to Boston and helped them win the big one. RJ if he was looking for a challenge, and a realistic one, would join us and help us climb the mountain that Schilling and the Red Sox climbed. It's not all that unrealistic. With Freddy, Mark, and Jose RJ may see an incredible pitching staff in the making. And, one way or another KW will sign a big time player to replace Maggs (I'm still hoping for Renteria) and with that this team is closer than the pessimists who rule this site recognize.

Well, I was pumped about the news. I've been waiting forever for Sox to come out here.

Nice work... Sounds like the Tigers have been struggling at the plate since the break. It also appears that Carlos Guillen, Dmitri Young, I-Rod, and Brandon Inge may be the guys to watch in their lineup this weekend. Even though they had one of the worst teams in the history of baseball these guys gave us fits last year. It's time for some retribution.

Stewart is tearing it up. He has 21 homeruns already this year. The Rockies have a number of great position player prospects in the minors.

Jeff Francis appears to be the real deal. Check out his numbers at Tulsa AA... Jeff Francis 13-1 with 1.98 ERA, 113.2 IP, 73 H, 22 BB, 147 SO That's unfriggin' believable.

Supposedly, there are hundreds of great Rick Henderson stories like this. He's not the brightest bulb in the shop.

Our problem here is that as much as we all like Anderson and Sweeney (and I like both of them a lot), neither of them is rated amongst the top 50 prospects in baseball. The Angels have much more to deal with here. I think we may be being used here by the Diamonbacks.

And, you know what -- I'm actually proud of our organization for not letting Boras hijack us. Signing his clients is never worth the money. I respect Boras for almost always getting more money for his clients than they are worth. I respect the White Sox for being smart enough not to overpay.

I agree with those who say what we really need is a solid reliever and a catcher. But, that being said, I'd take Beltran. I love how Rowand has been playing in recent months but Beltran is one of the best players in the game. I'd take him, sign him to the $14 million per year that Ordonez wants and let Ordonez leave at the end of the year. Beltran's a better all around player than Ordonez.
