Well those of you wanted him to hit it somewhere other than short got there wish. But another opportunity squandered. Anyone want to tell me the past 10 days what the Sox % of converting with a runner on 3rd and less than 2 outs? I'm guessing 15% or so.

I will cry if they have a 3-1 lead and the game doesn't get past the 5th. CRY I tell you

All I know is this, if I were a GM, I'd think long and hard about hiring DJ as a manager. I've long thought he'd be an exceptional candidate. I know a lot of you hate him, but the guy knew how to play the game (he wasn't great) and he's always talking about the suttle things he was taught that the Sox aren't doing.

Shocker...Rowand grounds out to CF. I wouldn't mind going crazy and giving Rowand a day off with Anderson or Borch in CF and Everett a day off with Gload or Borch DH'ing.

Did DJ and Hawk say they have about 2 hrs till the rain comes?
