    HEY!

Couldn't agree more. Everyone here is entitled to their opinions and don't let someones opinion stop you from posting. BeGood, I know there are plenty of people who like your posts...if some don't, who cares. The same could be said for every poster. I'm sure some posters dislike some peoples post and like others, it all depends on preference. If you let one or two peoples opinions stop you from posting then I Think your making a mistake.
  2. Hope you don't mind, I had to borrow that choke and use it as my avatar

    HELP

I read somewhere that some beer company put up a sign a bit prematurely. Don't know if its true or not.
  4. He should take this opportunity to live it up down in South Beach
  5. Nice...Natalie Portman. You know who else is super hot....the girl from smallville.
  6. Damn my minds off. Red Sox are gonna win tomorrow, or so I hope. Its gonna be a kickbutt game, I know that.
  7. I agree and disagree. I've disagreed all season with the way he's handled his pitchers and I think it will have a lasting effect. I could see it also becoming a huge brightspot if they do turn into complete workhorses and stay healthy. I do agree though, Gonzo and the players are at fault too. So all of a sudden after pitching 7 shutout innings last night, Prior brokedown because of how many innings he pitched this season? That's a weak excuse for the choke job the Cubs managed to pull off. In my opinion I think it had something to do with it. I could see he was pretty tired. Not saying it would of made a difference though and I won't second guess him for sticking with Prior, you stick with your horse.

    HEY!

If I knew how to say my ideas, then I could be a "good" poster Here's something I'm gonna say just once. Who the hell cares what another poster or two thinks of you. Just post your comment or opinion and move on. Some will agree, others won't. As far as respect its something that is gained over long periods of time.

    HEY!

I'm gonna come in and defend Cubssuck. He's been a great poster. He adds a lot on the baseball side, offtopic side and its great how he also spends time making sigs. There are a ton of other very good young posters out there. Clu's entitled to say what he wants too though.
  11. Bottomline, if I were a Cub fan, I'd be pointing a lot of my blame at him. It sickens me to see how he handles that pitching staff. You could really tell from Wood and Priors most recent starts that they were wearing out. Velocity was down and their mechanics weren't near as good. They were also tiring out quite a bit earlier then typical. Dusty, tahts what you get when you have your pitchers throw and extra 20 pitches when they don't need to quite a few times in a season. It adds up to another two or three starts and thats all you would of needed. They will be really lucky if Wood/Prior/Zambrono don't get hurt. My gut tells me Zambrono and Wood go down next year.
  12. All my Cubs blood has officially dried. I couldn't help but root for the Marlins during this series. GO SOX GO
  13. If the Sox pulled this kind of choke job, I'd be wheeping.
  14. MARLINS WIN MARLINS WIN

    NLCS MVP

Beckett has been really impressive too. My vote goes to Pudge with Cabrerra in 2nd and then Beckett.
  16. If you happen to be the person in the avatar, I got no problem holding ya
  17. Jim, Whats it like in Florida? Are people getting excited about the Marlins?
  18. Then maybe Ed Farmer is the one who can't tell a flyball from a HR. I like Hawk because even in a blowout, he keeps you interested by talking about stories from when he played and about how the game was back in his day. I find it to be a good learning experience. And Hawk doesn't need anyone to "carry him", but to each his own I guess. I'm with you I like Hawk a ton. I've even grown accustom to DJ. He isn't the best, but he's far from the worse.
  19. I got Xtra innings love that. Luckily my dad pitches in for part of it.
  20. If only his name was Batman...then I could go Nanananananann LEADER, LEADER!!!!!! Hell I wanted to say that anyway
  21. Here's what WGN will do. Sox interested in hiring backstabber for manager. Reports indicate Sox will pull White Flag 3 this offseason and slash payroll to the 25 mill figure.
  22. They don't call him Corky McWhiff for nothing. Somehow they should add the fact that he has no arm and is a hack in the field.
  23. Haven't ever heard Rooney and Farmer. Too cheap to buy MLB Radio and Xtra innings.
  24. Is WGN going to have a special after the game?
  25. I'm thinking we should get Viagra as a sponsor of this thread. Viagra...it helps those who can't get it up by looking at these pictures
