Wow. I wonder if West was pitching hurt (Before he went on the DL) cause over the past year to year and a half his numbers have constantly gotten worse. The guy is big though so I wish him luck at football.

Their is one reason this move could turn really stupid and thats because its creating news and stirring up the pot. Why the hell do the Sox need a controversy like this when they are playing good baseball. Keep this players motivated Jerry...cause they are definately gonna need that motivation/focus when they go into Detroit. I think all of us know how they've done against the lesser teams, especially on the road.

Cotts seems like a very confident kid. I think the Sox are high on him and he knows it. I didn't catch the early parts of the game (was at school) but from what I've seen in his few major league starts he doesn't show fear, when it comes to walking guys, etc. He can make big pitches and this only tells him he's still got some things to work on and I Think he knows and understands that, hence the fact that he's going to the AFL.

I liked it too. I heard on ESPN Radio that it sucked (On the Morning Show while driving to school). I then saw the replay and thought it was pretty good. It really was a half hour version of any given sunday, but I'll watch it again, especially if ESPN winds up playing it like 5 times during the week.

Hell...I saw like 5 different quote things on the board tonight. I don't think changing the quote feature is gonna work. Its a hopeless cause...I couldn't get it...you couldn't get it.
