Thanks for the bday wishes everyone. Actually ended up celebrating dinner with Shaquille O'Neal. He was getting up from the table my party sat at last night. He's one big dude.

Amex is amazing at it. I've had to do it a few times and have always won. I had legit reasons. I've heard other CC companies aren't as good as AMEX at taking the customers side (vs. the merchants side).

Why oh why. Got home from work at midnight....will be working late tonight. Normally this is the best day of the year and I won't be able to enjoy it. Hopefully Soxtalk Nation does and the White Sox pull the first win in what will be a surprisingly enjoying season!!!!
