As Jas stated, the puzzling thing is I know we did everything right. The tables won't transfer into the new database, and that was the hangup. Everything else worked. I have two or three more ideas to try after sleeping on it, so we'll test everything before we take down the site next time and the outage will only be very short!!

Breaking news from here in Dallas, there was 4 people that died in the last month from receiving organs donated from a person who had rabies. Rabies is something that is not tested for because the results come back too slowly for the harvested organs to be of any good. The CDC is having a meeting in a couple of hours. Scary stuff!!

It's been raining here for days. It's starting to suck, NO SUN. But at least it's not 100+. We're building a new house, and our house is more done then all the other ones on the block. So, all the workers hang out at our house, and the mud, you walk out and you sink 6 inches. It's like quicksand. So all that mud is now in our house.

Bottom line is we are trying to keep traffic a little bit minimized today to not stress out the "old" server anymore. When one thread gets a lot of traffic, that adds stress to the system. With that I think that the site will be up until we take it offline later tonight.

I'd like to add, if for some reason this thing goes down tomorrow, I think we can have it back up pretty quickly - perhaps as early as tomorrow night (well, LATE for you central and eastern time zones). I've got the process started to move this, and we'll see what happens - wish us a smooth transition!
