I guarantee you we would not have gone all the way last year without Pods, anyway, shape, or form. Hell, we had a losing record without him in the lineup. He made such a huge difference. That's why alot of posters here are getting on his case for his slow start because he is one of the most important pieces in our lineup.

I don't know. Your looking for a guy who has the potential to blossom, that has Alex Rios name written all over it. He is only going to get better every year. If you don't pick him this year, you better do it the next.

Keep up with the post Tony. I'm tired of Gameday right now. Something tells me after this game we are only going to be 1.0 game out of first. I'm not counting out the Injuns though.

I wonder. :rolly The sox ARE the best team in the AL (especially in the central) thats no argument from anyone (except the people who don't believe so) but that's only on paper. They have to back it up on the field as well. That's what the Twins showed us a couple years back.

Freddy only made really 1 mistake, but he really looked like the Freddy we saw that clinched some key games from us a year ago.

Pitching for the Cards has always been a dream for Mark. If he doesn't sign with us, it will suck I admit. But that's not his style. I know he would like to get something done. It's a buisness so we'll see what happens. I would not mind him pitching in the NL though and throwing shutouts against the Cubs every outing he has and such.
