Knights are losing 1-0 to a terrible Norfolk team. Durham is winning 5-0 against 1st place Gwinnett.

Pretty poetic that Flowers hit a bomb against us.

Sosa and Collins both BB in their 1st AB. Davis Martin facing Adley Rutschman tonight (K'd him in 1st meeting).

Addition by subtraction.

Bennett Sousa (also promoted) making his AA debut.

HELL of a start from Flores (kid was pumped after that last K) 6 IP 6 H 2 R 2 ER 2 BB 10 SO.

Hostetler's guy Caleb Freeman was promoted to Kannapolis. Making his debut right now.

Pineiro good from 32 and 39. Titans kicker Succop also missed an XP. Kickers... lol.

Vedvik has really been underwhelming since he was being hyped up.

Stiever 6 IP 4 H 1 R 1 ER 2 BB 6 SO He'll be an interesting follow in AA next season.

They are a game up on Durham for the wild card with 4 games left. They still have a shot to catch Gwinnett for the division but that seems very unlikely now with their 5 game losing streak. I said it a week ago the Knights will make the playoffs barring an epic collapse. Well.... losing 5 straight you can say they're on the verge.

Sosa 1-1, R

It's Frank Thomas. He can say whatever he wants regarding the Sox.

Jesus that's a terrible strike call.

Knights on the verge of getting swept by Durham who they swept last week. Would only have a one game lead.

I watch the game....

Madrigal is insanely smart on the field. Made a subtle play tonight which the SS wasn't ready for. Could've got the guy out but the SS (Torres) didn't have his foot on the bag. Announcers were applauding him for the heads up play.

Moncada on the other hand, putting on a show at 3B.

Tim sucking at defense again.

Pilkington still hitting 94 in the 7th. Just K'd the side. Last K pitch at 93. 7 IP 7 H 2 R 2 ER 1 BB 5 SO.

Walker 2 run BOMB.

You can put those runs on TA.

Engel who?!?!

I would say Robert can't come soon enough, but TA probably wouldn't understand him calling him off.

If anyone is wondering, Carson Fulmer is in AAA again. I'm assuming on rehab although I could see the Sox letting him stay there to help the Knights bullpen. He's warming up in the pen as I type this.
