  4. QUOTE (fathom @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 10:32 PM) Sorry, I meant the one in the end zone. I will say that Cutler is amazing at escaping pressure in the pocket. Orton would have no head right now.
  5. QUOTE (fathom @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 10:29 PM) On those plays, if no one is open, you have to launch it out of back of the end zone. as time runs out.
  6. Note: That last pass was forced because no one was open and time was about to run out.
  7. I'm officially in sport radio blackout until next Sunday... Bulls and Hawks games excluded.
  8. QUOTE (Jenksy Cat @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 10:25 PM) Good, because he isn't When no one is ever open and you are running for your life on EVERY play, it's hard to be good.
  9. I feel bad for Jay Cutler... 1) He is going to get s*** for throwing 4 INTs, when 3 of them werent his fault. 2) This O-Line is going to get him killed. I thought he's actually looked really good today. That play down the field for 40+ yards that was called back on a illegal man down field was one hell of a throw.
  10. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Nov 11, 2009 -> 03:01 PM) He can't be that expensive at this point in his career can he? I think you just answered your own question. he has big paper.
  11. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Nov 11, 2009 -> 02:58 PM) So...why would the Tigers do this? they have no money to pay him.
  12. The more I think about this off-season, I am getting a really sinking feeling in my stomach that this will be a repeat of the "full boat" off-season we had a while back.

  15. QUOTE (lostfan @ Nov 11, 2009 -> 09:58 AM) And pick up that contract? He cleared waivers and is now a free agent. The Bears could sign him for the minimum if they wanted to.
  16. QUOTE (Middle Buffalo @ Nov 11, 2009 -> 08:48 AM) I don't know why they don't call travelling when guys take three steps, or why point guards can carry the ball the way they do. Can I get a rule clarification? When I was in Jr high, I was taught you can only take two steps when you are driving for a layup. However, I see NBA Players all the time grab the ball on the go, take two steps, then pass it off. I have ALWAYS thought that is traveling if you aren't shooting the ball. Am I wrong?
  17. QUOTE (Pants Rowland @ Nov 11, 2009 -> 12:11 AM) When I was a kid, I wanted to be John Lennon. dead?
  18. QUOTE (Tex @ Nov 10, 2009 -> 07:23 PM) Got it. I start tomorrow. 8th Grade US History AWESOME! Congrats. I have so much respect for teachers.
  19. QUOTE (GO CHI SOX! @ Nov 10, 2009 -> 10:06 PM) I would rather not have instant replay anymore in any sport. I think, in the aggregate, instant replay is ok. However, i will say this: when you read about all the gambling allegations regarding NBA refs, every call in a close game is now under suspicion in my eyes.

That's always the excuse, right?
