I agree. I'll never let myself be afraid of the Cubs. They've been about .500 all year. You say that they've had injuries? Well lots of teams have..Look at the Angels. They've had more injuries than anybody..They're still in 1st.

And didn't Hawkins suck ass as a closer with the Twins?

I never said we were unbeatable either.

I don't know what the numbers are exactly. But, the Pirates are not what I would call an offensive juggernaut.

Everybody knew before the season started that the Cubs had a good staff. No need to be reminded of that on June 7th. They're still not unbeatable though. I still think the Astro's staff when healthy is just as good.

lol..WOW..The Pistons really took it to the rape show tonight. To hold the Flakers to 75 points on their home-court is pretty impressive. How bout Kobe "the next Jordan" tonight? lol..Prince was on him worse than Kobe was on that white girl in Colorado.

The thing that impresses me most is the 80 walks to 10 strikeouts. That's just amazing. You can talk about steroids or whatever all you want. That does nothing as far as your eye and plate discipline go.

Wow, I forgot the finals started today. Nothin to really talk about though. The eastern conference has totally sucked ass since 1998. Not that I think the "rape show" is great. I think they're the worst multiple champion of the last 20 years or so. But they'll have their way with another cream puff "eastern" conference team. Rape show in 5.

I didn't see the game. But, it's hard for me to get too upset at, Schoeneweis. He's pitched so well this year. He's overachieving in my mind. I guess he didn't have his best stuff. Seems like his only mistake was the Boone homerun.

I'm at a loss for words on, Crede. I really thought this was gonna be his big break-out year. It's one thing if he's hittin the ball hard and just goin through a stretch of bad luck. But, he looks flat awful out there. It's getting to the point to where i'm gonna start changing the channel when he comes up to bat. :puke

Being competitive is nice. But it's all about winning or losing. Tomorrow is a big game. I would hate to lose 2 of 3 to this SORRY team.

Believe me..You're not the only one. The nba has no doubt taken a big hit since the Bulls aka Jordan dynasty. The nba was at it's peak during that time as far as ratings and popularity. I mean, what was ever more better than watching Michael s*** on somebody in the playoffs or finals?
