This was just a ruling on an order of protection. Even if the judge ruled against Bauer he wouldnt have gone to jail, he merely would have not been allowed to go within a certain distance of the accuser. I have no clue what the status of the criminal proceedings are or if charges have even been filed, but that would be handled by an entirely different judge/court using completely different standards. OOP's are based on the need to protect someone from future conduct.

From a national perspective it was probably the most memorable Sox walk off home run. People are going to remember that game, the hit and the scoreboard. You really just cant replicate that from a national audience perspective.

Im going to try and start watching some EPL again. Fanduel gave me a no risk same game parlay which I used on Chelsea v Crystal Palace. Given my past history with free parlays expect Crystal Palace to win.

Ive never heard that before. I always believed that people who paid for college did not want other people to get free college because it diminished the value of their education and lowered the barrier of entry into their field. IE Lawyers want law school to be expensive and difficult because that means less lawyers which means the current lawyers have less competition and can charge more.

Well of course its supported by people who never went to college. Im sure free tickets to Field of Dreams game has the highest support amongst those who did not already pay for a ticket.

Looks like they are trying to move forward with a law that will make student debt dischargeable in bankruptcy after 10 years. I know this is less than what people hoped for, but it is a start.

Yeah I feel VFIAX is about as safe as you can play it. I also have some VTSAX. They perform pretty similarly.
