He did it again!! (What the hell was Ozzie thinking, volume 80
Last time I checked, the Sox won last night. I can't really blame Ozzie for Uribe making his errors. Or the bullpen collapsing this year or the lack of offense earlier this year. Really, this nitpicking is getting really tired.

Hawk And Stone
You can hear the difference in Hawk's voice. I love the pair. Stoney is so insightful. But DJ isn't going anywhere. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/baseball/wh...tone09.article)

Barry Lamar Bonds
If I were the guy who caught the ball, I would draw a big, giant "*" on the ball, then give it to him. Glad I was coming home from the Sox game and not paying attention to this. I had better things to worry about than this tainted record.

White Sox vs. Yankees, 8/02/07 (W)
QUOTE(RockRaines @ Aug 2, 2007 -> 03:05 PM) Is there any other player in the league other than Kerry Wood that can get hurt like Erstad doing the most routine things in baseball? Pods

Santana Questions His Future with Twins
Unless he's a Class A pitcher, I don't see him coming here. Besides, our future rests with Gavin Floyd. Screw Johan

ESPN: Rob Mackowiak Traded to SD
Seems like KW will take anyone, without even thinking. I shudder to think what he would get if JD is actually traded.

ESPN: Rob Mackowiak Traded to SD
Can't have enough of those Single-A, may-never-make-it-to-the-majors pitchers. We are stockpiled with those.

Dye Trade Thread
QUOTE(klaus kinski @ Jul 31, 2007 -> 02:18 PM) So far KW has filled as many holes as a city street crew in an 8 hour shift. ^^^^^^^ QUOTE(Soxfest @ Jul 31, 2007 -> 02:21 PM) KW is a total idiot!

ESPN: Rob Mackowiak Traded to SD
Why must we keep getting these no-name minor leaguers in return? Why does KW continue to give players away for free? This is f*in ridiculous. Mack was good.

Welcome to the majors, Danny Richar. The first pitcher you face is Roy Halladay. Good luck.

White Sox Winner!
Yesterday and tonight were shades of 2005. Keep lighting it up JD, maybe KW can trade you for a Little Leaguer or High School pitcher.

Iguchi Traded to Phillies for RP/SP Michael Dubee
Well, all I can say is...good luck, Gooch. You will be remember for that Game 2 HR against Boston. We basically gave him away for free. The only decent trade we've made with Philadelphia was getting Thome. I guess now teams may be calling KW thinking they can steal Dye for basically nothing. Just pick a player from rookie ball and Kenny will take him. Let's hope Richar pans out.

White Sox vs. Red Sox, 7/22/07 (L)
Here's hoping Jon can go deep into the game and avoid using the bp and much as possible and just give the ball to Bobby. If we win, then it's a 5-6 road trip. Which should have been a lot better,. If not for those relievers. Let's get a win and come on home. :gosox2: :gosox2:

Mark Buehrle Agrees to 4-yr, 56 mil with escalator clause
Awesome, Awesome news. Looks like the Sox brass do have their heads screwed on the right way. When I saw Mark shaking everyone's hand, I though it was him saying goodbye. Instead, he was only accepting their congratulations. Now it looks like Jose or Dye or the ones to go. Oh well!!!
