Whenever a thread about radio sports guys come up I always have to add, Kevin Wheeler was the best ever, im still sad he is gone and the guy that took the overnight shift is the worse ever on 670.

Chicago has to be the worse place for announcers, Santo, Hawk, Red Kerr...... gah those all should be in the top10 worse.

Yeah Cotts has been good, but when a trade works out for both teams its all good.

He has way better stuff than Nomo does though too. Its way 2 early to evaluate him.

you guys do realize your precious twins just lost a series to the Royals and scored a whopping 1 run today. No team is perfect offensively and every team is going to have bad nights.

I like Mike and Mike to a degree, but really they repeat themselves so damn much that you can listen to the show for 30 minutes and get out of it the same as you would for listening to it for 4 hours. I actually enjoy Rosenbloom and Salibury and i also really like Dan Patrick. I used to every so often enjoy the Mike North show, but he has just gotten to the point I cant stand him anymore. And the rest of the score lineup is just bad, I don't understand how people like Boers and Bernstein. And on ESPN, Jim Rome is the worse and Ive also never gotten why people enjoyed MJH

Konerko needs to be taken out back and whipped. He has been pathetic so far, he is apposed to be our best hitter in the lineup, maybe 2nd to thome, and he has been a blackhole as bad as Erstad. But unlike Erstad, Konerko cant even hit a simple sac fly only double plays.

i blame Konerko for this.

I dont even get the point of divisions, we dont play the teams in our division anymore than we do the teams out of it do we? NBA needs a lot of fixing with the lottery, playoffs, refs?

I think the Magic played surprisingly well, if not for the horribleness at the free throw line you guys could have very easily won that game. Rasheed Wallace wont be as good as he was today for most of the games, he couldnt miss it seemed.

I wouldnt worry guys, Erstad keeps up the way he is hitting Ozzie is going to have to eventually go to Anderson. He wont sacrafice the defense to put Pods in CF and Mack in LF.

Yeah, the only person who hasnt had a fluke no hitter is Nolan Ryan. But he walked so much that it took away a little from it.

I have a feeling PJ Brown will haver very little use this series, besides picking up fouls.

I always liked Neal Cotts 2, even though he is a Cubby im a fan of his unless he is pitching vs us. Im still holding out that we can keep control of Buerhle. Id like both him and Garland to both be here for a long time. I wouldnt mind losing Contreras after this season to open a rotation spot and than maybe moving Vazquez the off-season after that if required.

Danks has good stuff, his curve is nasty. Plus being a lefty gives him bonus points too. He is always a slow starter, struggles first half of season than dominates 2nd half. So, that tells me Danks is only going to get better as the season progresses.

I like Conor Jackson, he isnt going to hit a bunch of HR's for a 1B, but he seems like he will be maybe Lyle Overbay esque.
