I like Konerko as much as the next guy.... but if he wants anything more than 12 million per year Id say sorry thats 2 much tell him it was a pleasure having him as a whitesox and offer him arbitration and be done with it. Now if that does happen as long as Frank is actually healthy and will be able to hold up a whole season we bring him back cheaply and find a new 1B. Overbay or Tracy seem like the popular choices.... or we can find a new RF and move Dye to 1B..... Brian Giles is a possibility I guess..... There are a lot of different scenarios that can happen this off-season but im not going to get to into it until it is the off-season.

Actually for the most part this play hasnt been nearly as bad as the Pieryznski and the catcher one in game 2 of the ALCS..... the 9th inning with both closers blowing it especially Lidge and than Konerko's grandslam has been getting most of attention. A course I dont listen to ESPN radio because other than Mac, Yerko, and Harry its all crap...

While attendence should be up a lot next season I dont think it will be 2 hard to get tickets during the regular season still... maybe if we can make the playoffs on a consistent basis and make another WS run...

MLB does not need a salary cap.... Lets see NFL salary cap the Pats have dominated the past 4 years winning 3 of 4. NBA salary cap the Spurs and lakers have dominated in recent years and b4 that the Bulls.... MLB no salary cap.. last 4 years 4 different teams winning the WS and 3 of them were wildcard ones.

Why are people calling out Reynolds.... He said we had the better Starting Pitching, Offense, defense, and manager... said he thinks we have the better bullpen 2 but didnt know how they would be after all the lay off. And Kruk said we had better everything including bullpen. These guys picked us to win and said we are better in all aspects of the game but people are saying they are anti-sox ..... you people need to stop b****ing about every little thing and just enjoy the fact we are in the WS.

i like rowand but in all honesty even if he isnt as good as rowand his first year anderson has higher upside. That being said I really dont have that much interest in a guy like Sheffield.

I dont know if he is still with them but Hawk was on the radio for the 7th was nice to hear his voice and hear how excited he was.
