Ok Im buying this right now.
Now I'm interested in the equipment.
-Chair (Checked)
-Yoga Mat ?
-Resistance Bands ?
-Pull-up Bar ?
-Perfect Pushups (Check)
-Dumbbells (Checked, partially, I got 2 15's, 1 adjustable dumbells, and some others, could use maybe 2 20's or something)
So It looks like I need a Yoga Mat, Resistance Bands, and a Pull up bar? Is this all I would need?

Also One question: This includes my running schedule as well to? So I wouldn't be doing this workout everyweek and also running, running is involved in the workout? I just don't want to lose my endurance / heart health.
