Shields is so bad. Still will never understand how they decided to make that trade

QUOTE (flavum @ Mar 25, 2017 -> 09:26 PM) They used Burdi a lot this spring with some guys gone for the WBC. Seems to have caught up to him lately. I'm not the biggest fan of his set up and delivery. Seems like he might struggle to have quality command

Tons of good stuff here. Would love to get Dodgers involved for Q https://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/redsox/2...UIPL/story.html

Glasnow on MLB network

QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Mar 24, 2017 -> 04:34 PM) I'm not sure that he is talking with Huntington. I don't think they are a suitor at all. Seems to me it's the Astros, Braves and Yankees in that order.

Sounds like Giolito was horrible in his minor league start earlier in the week. Unless he gets more velocity or alters his fastball grip/angle, I don't see him being an impact pitcher http://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/1898047...lito-worth-hype

Wow poor Avi

Thankfully Burdi isn't a starter, as he's Trachsel-esque

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 23, 2017 -> 11:22 PM) Delmonico got a terrible read on that ball and turned himself the wrong way. Wind is howling out, as that looked like a blooper off the bat.

Intriguing that they are playing Delmonico in LF

QUOTE (iamshack @ Mar 23, 2017 -> 10:13 PM) Anyone think the game of chicken ends after today and something gets done? Kinda agree with you

Benetti still acts like the broadcast is "Benetti Comedy Hour"

Q looks awful

Doubt he would be at camp if it was his kid

Still little strange no Anderson update

Any Anderson update

QUOTE (reiks12 @ Mar 18, 2017 -> 08:33 PM) Fulmer not looking very sharp Stuff is just nowhere near what it used to be

Very good coach, it's definitely an upgrade but not sure he can recruit Chicago

QUOTE (reiks12 @ Mar 17, 2017 -> 10:13 PM) Kopech is going to dominate the minors this season If he stays healthy, he will be top prospect in baseball after this year

Kopech might have the best stuff I've ever seen from a starting pitcher prospect

Hearing Bo talk about the manager situation, it's ridiculous Robin was given as much time as he was

Sox base running seems to be very bad so far this spring

Wasn't Drew voted dirtiest coach by his peers?

Ironic the SAT matchup has that happen
