If they go into the season with LaRoche and Avi starting, they will have incredibly short leashes. Same goes with Ventura. Also no doubt they will add another quality bat in the next month.

Finally had chance to listen to the Score today. Literally first thing I heard was Boers saying Sox fans should jump on the Cubs bandwagon. Ever since it became obvious the Cubs were jumping to the Score, it seems all their hosts have just become massive hypocrites and homers. I really can't see any reason to listen to that station again.

There is really no doubt in my mind that Trayce would put up a higher WAR than Avi would for a full season.
