I don’t think it’s possible to have less power in a big league lineup. It’s like we have 9 Getz’s in the lineup.

He’s helped develop and build the worst team in baseball history and has made some horrible acquisitions. I will take my chances on a different philosophy compared to his “high floor, low ceiling” bullshit. Getz apparently did an amazing job of convincing people he had no say in the awful acquisitions the past few years, I guess.

And that’s the problem right now. Obviously Getz took over a bad situation with an awful owner. However, his terrible, terrible trades just keep setting things back.

I’m for firing Getz because he might be the worst evaluator of talent ever.

To me, you have the big 3 lefties and then a ton of back-end options. Their pitching development is clearly better than their hitting development. Iriarte is gonna struggle in the majors until he improves his command, IMO.
