I could see the cubs giving him a shorter deal but for a lot of money. Everything that has been reported lately is they didn't want to lock up another high priced guy in order to go after Price next year. I am not a big Shields fan, but I still hope Cubs don't get him.

I keep thinking Thibs is going to get canned at the ASB

I hope he doesn't sign with AL Central team, as he always looked dangerous vs LHP in my eyes

It's astonishing how bad Mirotic has played of late

Just pathetic job by refs in last two minutes. Egwu walked on his tying hoop as well

I have been shocked at how low Anderson is showing up on these lists. I was expecting in the 35-40 range.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jan 31, 2015 -> 04:29 AM) They look beat down and tired. No one looks like they're having fun either. Not getting back in transition at all. This team need some type of spark.

This team is harder to like than previous Bulls teams. Is Derrick even an above average pg right now?

FYI, Boers and Bernstein were saying today that they heard Greg McDermott is pissed with how Bulls are handling Doug.

That has to be up there for worst quarter of ft shooting in team history. Also, it's amazing how slow the Bulls continue to look.

It's sad seeing what has become of Rose. 7-25 from the floor tonight.

Some of these shots aren't even close

Heck of a final minute

QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Jan 30, 2015 -> 06:50 AM) "Oh a minute to go? Now we will start trying" Brooks >Hinrich

QUOTE (chw42 @ Jan 30, 2015 -> 05:44 AM) Jesus Joakim is getting owned by Jordan Hill. Other teams seem so much more athletic than the Bulls. Even Taj looks to have lost his ability to elevate near the rim on offense/defense

QUOTE (chw42 @ Jan 30, 2015 -> 06:35 AM) Rose makes one shot...HEAT CHECK. lol He's playing like a freshman in college.

All year, the Bulls interior defense has been abysmal. What an awful performance tonight. I wonder if the best thing that could happen is if Thibs gets canned at the break.

QUOTE (raBBit @ Jan 29, 2015 -> 03:45 AM) Micah wouldn't fit the preceding criterion. While he most definitely could be in Law's top 120, he would be at least the 5th with Anderson, Montas, Rodon and Adams being the first four. Perhaps Danish over Adams but I doubt it considering what I've seen Law say about both of them. IIRC, Law said during the season that Johnson was going to be a top 100 prospect after the year. However, I know he's not counting him in the 4 in the last two years.

QUOTE (zenryan @ Jan 29, 2015 -> 04:01 AM) another embarrassing loss for Miami. And Angel Rodriguez sucks. He thinks he's good because he had maybe 3 or 4 good/great games this season but the other 15 or so have been terrible. SHooting under 35% for the season. What is it about Miami's coaching against GT this year? The football strategy was awful against the option, and tonight's strategy of man-to-man defense against one of the 3 worst shooting teams in the country made absolutely no sense.

QUOTE (sammy esposito @ Jan 28, 2015 -> 09:45 PM) Eaton had some hamstring issues and consequently on the disable list a few times last year. Ichiro may have been a good fill in for him at leadoff if Adam was on the mend. Bonifacio would be the leadoff man/CF replacement, it would seem.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jan 28, 2015 -> 08:15 PM) But ya, this is the first move all offseason that I really don't understand at all. I think it's a great move. It gives them two guys that can play a few positions and hit pretty well against LHP, which is something that LaRoche/Gillaspie/M. Johnson probably won't provide.

QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jan 28, 2015 -> 08:31 PM) I was hoping that Bonifacio would handle all backup infielder duties. I think he'll get some at bats at DH vs LHP

Slayer!! I've been saying for 2 months now how bringing him back would make sense.

Not sure I've ever seen a point guard have a game with no assists and ten turnovers
