Uribe got an awful jump on that. By the looks of the replay, he started off towards the hole. I just don't get why we keep throwing 3-2 fastballs, why every team throws us 3-2 offspeed pitches with a ton of success.

That 1-0 pitch was clearly a strike.

The Sox organization believes that Gload is a better defensive 1B. Also, I have no problem with getting PK some rest. He's seemed very fatigued lately.
