  1. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 02:22 PM) You guys really thing the Panthers are going to lay another egg against the Bears? The Bears offense better show up. I think the Bears matched up better against the Giants or Bucs (young QBs). I think the Panthers will win. They'll be better prepared this time in Chicago.
  2. I got the World Series hat, a World Series stocking cap, and the parade edition sweatshirt along with the DVD.
  3. QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 02:18 PM) The funny factor was too much to pass up. It was funny but if I was depressed I probably would've shot myself or something, haha.
  4. Eli has 3 picks now. Game over.
  5. QUOTE(Palehosefan @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 02:17 PM) Unfortunately, that didn't help Kordell's QB development, and I wouldn't do that to a guy like Vince who needs a QB coach to polish up his motion and reads immediately. Vince would flourish in a place like New Orleans, with Deuce in the backfield, and Horn/Stallworth out wide, that offense would be a better version of Atlanta's attack. Not to mention the large NO fanbase from Texas. I honestly don't see a chance of Reggie Bush/Vince Young being the top 2 picks in this draft, no matter who is making the selection. Scouts will be in for a treat when they see Bush, Vince, and Mario Williams do their thing in the combines. Yeah Tennessee wouldn't have to worry probably. I just hope they don't pick Leinart, I don't think the guy will turn out that well.
  6. QUOTE(WCSox @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 02:08 PM) I went to a high school in the Chicago area that was probably 30-40% black when I was there. There, saw my best friend get the crap kicked out of him because of the color of his skin. I also saw several race-realted fights in the locker room and was the target of racist verbal abuse at the hands of several African-American students. Don't tell me that I don't know anything about racism. Wow that's crazy, the worse thing I've had recently is constantly being called "Paper" by black guys in my classes. But they call every white guy Paper.
  7. 20-0 Panthers. Carolina @ Chicago and Washington @ Seattle for the NFC next week baring a miracle for the Giants.
  8. If Abreu put on a homer display like he did in the Home Run Derby and kept getting those RBI's I'd like it.
  9. I hope Tennessee doesn't pick Leinart. What I'd like to see Tennessee do if they have the option to pick Vince Young is use him like Kordell Stewart when Kordell began his career. Make him a WR/QB until McNair retires. It probably wouldn't happen though.
  10. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 02:04 PM) I know. I'm just giving you guys a hard time. haha alright. In Iowa we have more Hispanics and I guess I wouldn't call it reverse racism but there is a job discrimination for whites because managers are starting to lay off whites and hire more Hispanics for factory work.
  11. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 01:50 PM) Wow. Leave to a couple guys in Oregon and Iowa to make claims of severe reverse racism. The poor white race. We have it so bad. Boo hoo I said it's getting to be more common. Not that it's more common right now. Settle down, Oregon and Iowa have minorities too as much as you may think only corn and beans are in Iowa which must mean there are only white farmers.
  12. It says I slightly prefer whites over blacks too.
  13. QUOTE(WCSox @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 01:44 PM) I've experienced reverse racism on several occasions. So have I. That's getting more common than racism I think.
  14. Not if I don't have a cell phone. Actually I just got one a few days ago so there wouldn't be a lot on it.
  15. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 01:40 PM) One of my biggest pet peeves is how some black people think their actions are above reproach due to their skin color. Same here. I don't deny racism, I still think it's out there but it's definately not as bad as it used to be. I think most black people are great, just like most white people, but there are always exceptions.
  16. Better than what I could do.
  17. I haven't heard about this but I'm usually not the person that knows every rumor up to date.
  18. OK I just finished listening to all of it and my word, I could've done a better job at making a song.
  19. Welcome to both.
  20. haha I'm not a big fan of this either.
  21. The running backs in KC rely on the O-Line. In 2004 Priest Holmes, Derrick Blaylock, and Larry Johnson all ran for over 100 yards in one game, and it might have been 150, I can't remember but it was the first time in history that 3 different running backs ran for that many on 1 team in 1 season.
  22. Not surprising to me. Now it'll be interesting to see where he goes.
  23. QUOTE(YASNY @ Jan 8, 2006 -> 01:22 AM) Most of the time. they are just b****ing for the sake of b****ing. Bunch of f***ing morons if you ask me. lol yeah man.
  24. I also received a portable XM radio for Christmas. I love MLB 175 and Extreme XM 152.
