Rockies interested in Willie Harris
QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Dec 28, 2005 -> 02:59 PM) First Aaron Miles now Willie Harris? Maybe they'll take Borchard, Timo, Munoz, Adkins, and others and make the White Sox AAAA team? They took Sandy Alomar, Jr. for a half year also I believe. But I didn't know that Harris is a smoker, how could you do that to yourself when speed is your best asset, I'd want my lungs clear as can be.

Tropical Storm Zeta.
What a crazy year, this he has been so unpredictable it's almost not surprising we have one this late.

Kobe Bryant losing his damn mind...
Kobe's just a spoiled brat. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt with the rape charge. But since he basically got Shaq out of town, he's been nothing more than a wannabe leader on a team that has decent talent, but he doesn't give the rest of the team the credit they deserve. Taking 30 shots in a game is obsurred.

I ended up getting everything almost 2 weeks ago. I love it all, but I still have to read a lot of the Sports Illustrated I got with it.

NFL Rankings Week 17
I'm flattered the Chiefs are #4, but I'm also laughing about it. A team that's not going to make the playoffs this year doesn't deserve to be that high. Kansas City is ranked too high, Jacksonville, New England, Chicago, and Tampa Bay are ranked too low.

2006 Attendance Figures
If the Sox have another solid year, I'm guessing they'll finish just under 3 million.

Florida teen tries "immersion journalism" in Iraq
The kid seemed very nieve. It was a good lesson for him, I'm guessing he won't be doing that again in the near future.

Official College Football Thread
I've been hearing that one of the Cornhuskers who helped make the tackle might not have been in the play when it started. There's nothing that can happen anymore but it was #21 supposively.

Official College Football Thread
I'm very bummed out about Michigan losing. I knew Nebraska would cover the spread just because Michigan can't run away with games and/or play down to other teams level, (not saying Nebraska is bad.) I couldn't believe the officials were from the Sunbelt Conference (maybe it's Sun Belt, I don't know for sure) but the officiating was bad on both sides. That tight end should've givin it off to Breston, at the end. I guess you could call it a 3 on 2 fast break and he kept it himself. We all can only wonder what would've happened if Michigan would've scored but they didn't. Hats off to Nebraska for coming back when Michigan could have easily closed the door.

Defiant Bush admits breaking law
I just hate hearing this race card get thrown around. If they were only targeting white people nothing would be getting thrown around. No one ever really makes complaints that teenage boys have higher car insurance than teenage girls, which could be called for sexism. But the reason behind that is because teenage boys get in more worse accidents than teenage girls. Just like other ethnic and racial backgrounds have been more apt to get involved in this sort of thing. It's nothing against the Muslims or other groups in my opinion. I have nothing against nearly all of them.

Tony Dungy's son dies in Florida
QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Dec 22, 2005 -> 02:17 PM) Sad incident--18 year olds usually don't drop dead. Likely, he died from one of the following: murder, suicide, drug/alcohol overdose. Yeah you're right but a while back I had a high school classmate die in their sleep. The heart just gave out.

Reliving the Memories?
Watching it on video or DVD or whatever is great but the best thing is remembering it in my head. I'll always remember the feelings and expressions during the playoffs. Favorite season of any of my favorite sporting teams hands down.

Defiant Bush admits breaking law
QUOTE(Dick Allen @ Dec 18, 2005 -> 07:03 AM) George W. Bush has never lied about anything since he was defeated into office back in 2000. If you can't win in your home state like Al Gore didn't in Tennessee, that says something. I love it how many topics always come back to the 2000 election. A Republican is always going to have a hard time with the Democrats and vice versa, Bush has had it more from the get go because he "cheated" his way into the office.

Defiant Bush admits breaking law
If George W. Bush would've had an affair and lied about it, he'd be the most hated man in America..........oh wait, it seems that people hate him already. They DON'T want another 9/11 to happen. He's not acting like a king, he's doing what he believes is protecting America. He's who the majority of the people voted for, let him do his job. I'd rather be safe than sorry when it comes to phone tapping.

OK Phil Simms, we know you played with the Giants and are still a fan of them. How about we give both teams compliments and both teams criticisms now.
