  1. Yeah I don't want to see Davis get released. What happens if A.J. goes down, and we all know most catchers won't catch every game of the season.
  2. QUOTE(El Piervizdyeguchansodnik @ Feb 13, 2005 -> 09:12 PM) Everyone blames the newest program they put on their computer. haha yeah that's true, everyone does it seems.
  3. I think that's a very good board and for the most part, should be accurate. It's hard telling what'll happen in the draft.
  4. I liked the Sports Bar better too, but that's only because I don't like change.
  5. I don't watch a lot, but I saw highlights on Sportscenter and turned into the last few minutes of the Rush and Crush. Great ending.
  6. This is the best I've felt about our outfielders defensively in a long time.
  7. Good Luck Barry!!! Another player that was around when I started liking baseball is gone.
  8. haha that's some good stuff on that webiste. I do like Star Wars but I won't dress out for the next movie.
  9. I'm surpsied to hear about this trade. But then again, we already had enough outfielders and there was really no shot of him getting any playing time unless injuries happened.
  10. Yeah it wasn't Flip's fault, when at least 4 players want the ball every time down the court, team chemistry won't work.
  11. Yeah, I've never been impressed with Lohse. I'd take Garland too.
  12. Hey, quit making fun of me.
  13. I didn't see a thread about this, but it's not surprising about him getting axed. Up here it's been getting talked about. It's too bad he got fired, but they did need a change of direction. Players like Spreewell and Cassell weren't helping the cause. Hopefully he'll get another coaching job, he's a good coach.
  14. I'm not gonna get it through thick headed Jordan fans just like you're not going to get it through thick headed Malone fans so I'm probably gonna head out. I had fun discussing this though. Cya later.
  15. Also, if I remember right, I think Malone had a better year in 98, but Jordan was the MVP. I have no clue what Jordan's stats were that year so I'm not complaining about him winning it.
  16. That may have been a big reason for the MVP. But you have to admit those major stats are very simular if not favorite Malone. The assists thing just baffles me, you have guys like Stockton and Hornacek getting the assists, but Malone still got more assists than Jordan did. But whatever.
  17. It wasn't a sentimental thing. If they went by that, Sloan would've been coach of the year a long time ago. But hasn't been yet instead. Jordan had a number of mvp's already and that year Malone and Jordan were both pretty even. Of course there's going to be a new change in blood for the mvp.
  18. haha, as long as he doesn't miss hitting him.
  19. I don't care who drills him aslong as it's done.
  20. Larry's also a good choice. What I liked about Malone was that he put the Power into Power Forward literally. Since players are judged by championships I'd have to put Bird higher than Malone for forwards.
  21. Yeah I'm 19 and there are only a handful of players that I remember from the begining for me in any sport. Stockton was my favorite baskeball player and I still miss seeing him play basketball. I'll miss Frank play baseball when he's done.
  22. QUOTE(TheBlackSox8 @ Feb 11, 2005 -> 11:01 PM) I think it's better for the Sox not to be on anyones minds for the AL central title. I think it would be a sweeter victory for them to own the competition in the eyes of all those that didn't pick them this year. Yeah, I wouldn't mind another 2000 season under the radar wise.
