  1. The Sox are always ranked pretty low on these things. I don't care about these rankings very much.
  2. I'd like them to stay, but if they didn't I wouldn't be too upset.
  3. The Chiefs are only like 4.5 million under the cap, and that's not with releasing anyone either. I mean, at least they're under the cap, but not by much so I don't know if they could get a trade for Woodson even if the Raiders wanted to trade with the Chiefs.
  4. I'm rooting for both the Joe's. But I have a feeling that in the near future, neither will be playing for the Sox.
  5. I can't believe that, that's terrible.
  6. Great signing for the Bears. I was hoping the Chiefs would try to go after him, but they need Law more. I doubt that one will happen either.
  7. thank you very much Qwerty.
  8. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Feb 25, 2005 -> 03:22 PM) Those flags are hella stupid. Anyone who has one is probably just desperate for attention. haha I see you havin them.
  9. Last week was frustrating. My favorite driver is Derrike Cope, but he doesn't race every week so I like the Gibbs cars the best. I was so mad when Tony lost the lead. He deserved a lot better of a finish than 7th.
  10. QUOTE(mreye @ Feb 25, 2005 -> 02:33 PM) Don't you have enough crap in your sig already? haha yeah, but it's time for a change.

    Waving flags

I've noticed a few people are getting waving flags. For example, Anthrax has a lot of them. I'm wondering where you find them at. Can anyone help me please?
  12. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Feb 25, 2005 -> 02:26 PM) yeah the past some years the red sox yanks have lived up to their rivarly but does like 5 years of good competition deserve all the hype they get? I never said it deserved it and it probably doesn't. It was just the fact that the Yankees are the Yankees and the Red Sox hadn't won a World Series in 86 years. Plus the eastcoast biased thing.
  13. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Feb 25, 2005 -> 02:17 PM) for me the best rivalries are when the teams are around even and the fans hate each other with passion.... in history of baseball the yankees have been >>>> than the red sox so to me it isnt that great of a rivarly...... I think the best rivalry in sports is the packers-bears one thats just in sleep until Favre finally leaves...... i mean cmon what other rivalry can take credit for inventing overtime in their sport? Yeah I agree with you, but the Red Sox have basically been very equal to the Yankees the past few years. For football, I say the Raiders and Chiefs because it doesn't matter what the record is, both teams fight it out. But I'm biased of course. Another up and coming rivalry was the Titans and Ravens before the realignment of divisions.
  14. Yeah to me, the Red Sox and the Yankees is the premeire rivaly. The White Sox and Twins isn't a bad one though.
  15. Hugh Jackman for Bond!!!!!!! But only after he gets done making X3.
  16. Yeah Boston, just be nice, you are the champions and they aren't, show some class off the field.
  17. QUOTE(Texsox @ Feb 25, 2005 -> 01:07 PM) A father noticed that his son was spending way too much time playing computer games. In an effort to motivate the boy into focusing more attention on his schoolwork, the father said to his son, ''When Abe Lincoln was your age, he was studying books by the light of the fireplace.'' The son replied, ''When Lincoln was your age, he was The President of The United States.'' lol that's good. I kinda feel bad for that guy though. But everyone goes through breakups, you just have to learn how to handle it.
  18. Jay is not a happy man. He needs to slam people and be full of himself to feel good about himself.
  19. I'm also hoping he has a good spring. Just for his confidence level. As of now, we're full for starting outfielders.
  20. Yeah I'm giving KW props too. I was iffy also about AJ coming.
  21. QUOTE(beck72 @ Feb 25, 2005 -> 11:26 AM) One thing I couldn't find is what Ozuna's minor league fielding stats were. I know he played 55 games at 2b, 3 in the OF and 56 at SS with 15 total errors in 2004. But I can't find any info on what positions he played prior to 2004 Dang I was hoping he'd have a little third base exprience, maybe he does though.
  22. yeah, not really the smartest thing on Kittle's part
