Well our rotten offense once again snatches defeat from the jaws of victory. When one faces a Bruce Chen and you give up 1 run over 9 innings you win that game 99.99999% of the time.

And we have a mountain of evidence over the course of a season that is proving this.

If for whatever reason a white sox player actually finds his way on base the opposing pitcher should not panic, just use the Nick Blackburn approach. Throw first pitch fastball, the junk in the dirt. They will get themselves out.

I wouldn't be shocked if the gambler pushed all his chips in and traded Viciedo for a vet. Forget logic, we have people who have jobs on the line. We are passed the service date I believe.
