I don't mind the all righty lineup thought it was curious timing , but thats why they play the games. Gonna need contributions from everyone. It's a long season. Is that enough cliches for everyone ?

Crede was like the Sox rock star with his grungy good looks but quiet demeanor. Any player who spent nine yrs with the Sox with as many good moments as he had derserves the love.

I still have a Sports Illustrated from that event. I think it was the Chicago Daily News the next day had a series of color photos of the swing so you can cut them out , put them on index cards and flip through them to recreate it as a a mini highlight reel. I still have every single one of those index cards that I so meticulously glued the photos.
