Yep u can strain and strain muscles from intense cramps . I get them in my hamstrings and cramps in that large muscle can leave u sore for days after and have u screaming when they occur.

Him and Kubalik work well together. It's not been often that the Hawks win without serious contributions from Kane but Crow ,Toews, Kubalik and 2 big redirects from Highmore stand out .

Cleveland probably in that situation fakes a throw to 2nd and looks to get the guy on 3rd straying too far off base. Doesn't matter if they then walk Abreu to set up a DP since bases loaded 1 out with the middle of the order coming up is a great situation.

Any time I ve seen them take the 1st pitch I know at least 2 that looked low were called strikes. That doesn't help when the ump is giving a sinkerballer the extra low strikes.
