So, say a closely held family corp is against vaccines and refuse to cover them, could they do that? No, right? Gov't would need to pick up bill for that too. I understand when splitting down to individual policies they can argue there are less intrusive ways, but in my mind this is just regulating insurance by hitting a basic minimum coverage.

So at midway point, how are people feeling about Hawkins? His K rate staying at 25%, but his BBs are at 11%. Is this year better or worse than expected? Is it good enough to promote or should he stay there?

To be completely honest, I don't think we have the next shortstop in our organization, and to just force a prospect there because, well, they are there, seems shortsighted. Have any of johnson, semein, davidson FORCED their way to the team? I'd rather hang onto Alexei and see if Tim Anderson can hack it defensively. There are worse things than having a veteran shortstop, like having players who aren't real shortstops play there because you'd prefer a top ten draft pick to a top 15.

Rose has never undermined his teammates publicly, that is why he has refused to recruit. Recruiting is basically advocating to replace your teammates.
