No doubt. This years team is far less talented then it has been in the past, there is no question about that, however they will be competitive with everyone and be able to steal a couple from the top caliber teams. Now, there is no doubt they are no where near as talented as Wake, Gtech, and UNC, however they'll steal a couple games from these teams because of the level of defense they play and I think the x factor in all of these games is JJ, he's been quite a streaky shooter these last few years and when he's hot, he doesn't miss and if and when this happens they can beat anyone.

This years duke team isn't as good as it has been in the past. Duke is easily the most respected program around the country by the national media. YAS, I remember there was an article a couple years ago on espn about all the different closers but I'm not sure if that is the one you're talking about.

Willie was fine last year and he'd be a fin 9 hitter, I would just love to get cora now because he'd fit perfectly in the 2 hole and allow us to move arow down in the order.

Buehrle had an era under 4 pitching at the Cell in the american league, he didn't win the majority of his games because of run support, he's an EXCELLENT pitcher.
