Orlando Cabrera Signs!
Um No. Also Uribe> Cabrera and that's before you even take the money situation into the equation.

Orlando Cabrera Signs!
I agree. Everyone seems to have things hampering them from signing a starter except the White Sox. Kenny has to act fast and get one of these guys. Act fast so other teams might not be interested yet. Either way I'm sure Kenny is going to have a lot of interest in Wade Miller, I think that is the next guy he's going to make a run at, I think it'll be Wade or bust as far as the free agent starting pitchers go.

Alex Cora.
I agree, however I'd love to have either, I think both would be a perfect fit to bat behind Spod. I have no problem having Willie in the lineup, however if either Cora or Eck could come cheap I'd love to have them because both can bat 2nd and move aaron down to 3rd or 6th, jmo.

Orlando Cabrera Signs!
True Dbaho. I think we can actually outbid the Nationals if necessary and that they're going to have a hard time signing anyone right now. Also L.A. might be in a hold up to do anything until the RJ trade goes through and that will take atleast another week. So hopefully Kenny can get something done quick cause as of right now there are 2 damn good starters out there and there only might be one team we have to bid against, just something to think about.

Orlando Cabrera Signs!
Washburn was tendered a contract, so I'm thinking that's a very good sign they won't go after Odalis or any other starting pitcher on the market.

Bye Bye Schoney
If we can't get either Wade or Odalis in here, I agree with YAS he would be our best guy to fill that 5th hole.

Ben Davis
Not getting my hopes up.........

Ben Davis
I'm thinking there is a good chance we see: Spod Juan Arow Frank Pauly Dye AJ Crede Willie

Ben Davis
I'd say he's definitely the backup plan, however this is definitely a clear sign Aj is on the radar because they could have come up to a deal with Ben before the Non-tender date. So I agree with you cheat that he's the backup plan but in my mind it's clear KW wants aj.

Wade Miller non-tendered
Man....I would fricken love to get Wade, this is very good that he was non-tendered because atleast now there are two good free agent starters still available along with Odalis. I wonder if it would be possible to fit Wade and AJ under the budget. It seems there were rumors that Kenny was looking to trade for him, so there might be a pretty good chance that we take a hard look at him on the market. Wow, he'd be an excellent pickup.

Jose Lima
No way. He'd be lucky to outpitch Jason, Felix, or Neal in spring training.

Non-FA, non-tenders?
Meh, whatever, had to get that out of my system, I just hate that guy so much......
-
Milton
He's awful, he might have had a lot of wins last year but his era was high, he's an extreme flyball pitcher, that mixed with him coming to the american league would have his era around 6 or even higher, plus the fact he wants 7 or 8 mill......
-
Non-FA, non-tenders?
I think they've realized what sox fans realized a couple years ago, d'angelo is a lazy f'n bum and you're much better off without him on your team.

What are the odds?
Just asking jim, what have you seen from Jamie to make you think he's only a 25th man???

TeeBall 5th starter
Felix is as ready as he's going to get. It's all up to him now to prove what he can do.

Rumors thread
That's what I'm wondering, I'm guessing it has something to do with Odalis......

Derek Lowe
I would say Pauly is average, Willie, Juan and Joe are all very good.

TeeBall 5th starter
I would say, Jon's last 3 years have been solid, he's just not the dominate pitcher everyone expected him to be, now if he got moved to the Nl, I think he would be pretty dominate, jmo.

TeeBall 5th starter
Kip definitely had 2 very solid years, right after he moved from the al to the nl. He sucked last year and I for one am positive if he was still here his era would be in the high 4's if not 5. Jon is a better pitcher then Kip, no doubt in my mind.
