That would be nice, I'd much rather give up Pauly too, however this is Randy Johnson. Just thinking of the possibilities of having Randy, Freddy, and Buehrle go the first 3 games of a playoffs series, wow . Getting Randy makes the sox a world series contender because of that rotation we'd be able to set up in the playoffs.

Compare Jacksons stats to Bmac's last year. I think it's safe to say that Edwin has a better arm but I think bmac has been more consistant so far in his minor league career.

Fair enough, if he makes 4 million I wouldn't go after him either but I highly doubt he'd get a contract worth 4 mill per year but I could definitely be wrong about that.
