I loved, LOVED this trade when it was first made as it was exactly what I thought Hahn should be doing. Things obviously look a lot differently now with Davidson being horrendous this year but I'm not pining to have Reed back either.

I actually think the Bulls and Cavs will struggle relative to their talent levels in the first half of the season but by the time the playoffs roll around they'll be the only 2 teams that matter in the east. That's assuming Derrick's health of course.

The one thing that bothers me is it looks like they're setting up an Orton face turn just as he's getting interesting here and the guy just sucks as a face.

Sounds like it's all Derrick tonight which I'm fine with seeing for now. But obviously going to need one of these younger guys to step up once the real games start.

I wonder how good ol' Royce would be valued today if he played. His offensive numbers weren't that horrific if he were playing in today's era. That said, not sure how his defensive metrics would hold up.
