So it's going to cost me 2700 f***in dollars to get my car fixed. Add that to me totaling my car out last summer by crashing underneath a damn semi and I'm on quite the f***in roll the last few years. Did I mention the fact that I'm currently unemployed? f***

QUOTE (knightni @ Sep 21, 2010 -> 09:33 AM) New Jersey's the only team that he's willing to re-sign with if traded. He probably wouldn't re-sign with Chicago if the Bulls give up Noah for him. So, they'd lose Noah, and then Anthony after 2010-11. Says who? I find that hard to believe.

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Sep 20, 2010 -> 06:14 PM) I don't want to date them. And I'm a senior, but I just turned 21 too. Just wanted outside opinions. You're certainly not too old for a freshman chick. Not even close.

QUOTE (kwolf68 @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:26 PM) Kenny needed another baseball card to add to the collection. I mean...it's like having a really hot girl way after her prime. She isn't worth damn any more, but at least you can say you had her. Kenny has been a terrible GM for a few years now. Hmm... Kenny is doing a pretty good job than, Frank, Jr, Manny would have been a nice middle of the order in the prime of their careers -

QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:25 PM) totally agree....in a way, I want to see us lose every game the next two weeks Ya, you and I have the same perspective when it comes to that. Would love to see Morel mash and we end up losing every game. -

QUOTE (J.Reedfan8 @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:23 PM) Well... Manny reminds me of Pods with all the K's looking recently. Doesn't walk back to the dugout as quickly. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 11:19 PM) Well, guess we'll see how much Rick Hahn likes him. Heh, I guess that could change my gut feeling if he becomes the gm. QUOTE (J.Reedfan8 @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 11:19 PM) Take some pepto bismol or something then. Think I just need a beer. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 11:17 PM) Why do you disagree? I think it's telling that he's getting playing time now while Viciedo and Flowers sit. No good reason to be honest. It's a gut feeling and one I feel pretty strongly about for some reason. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:13 PM) Morel's going to be starting at 3b for the Sox next year. He has more value to the Sox than he does other teams, as it's not like he's a huge prospect. Well, I just disagree with the bolded, not much more to it than that. As for the 2nd part, I do agree completely with that but I still fully expect to see him get moved. -

QUOTE (J.Reedfan8 @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:07 PM) This is Kenny Williams. (if he's still here) No prospect is safe. This one is though, he's the exact type of pitcher that Kenny loves. That being said, the rest of the farm(obviously including our top guys that are with the big club right now as well) isn't safe. And Brent Morel is a guy I actually expect to see moved at some point this offseason. -

QUOTE (greg775 @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:05 PM) I thought most closers saved almost every game and that's why I almost got banned for praising Bobby. Unreal man. You didn't almost get banned for praising Bobby and nobody ever made the argument that most closers save every game. -

QUOTE (J.Reedfan8 @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:03 PM) One is probably going to AAA to be stretched out as a starter though (Peavy insurance) unless the sox want to put him in the pen for a full year (or not traded for a bat). Sale's not going to be traded my friend, I'd bet my left arm on that. -

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:02 PM) Christopher Sale and Matthew Thornton. Sergio will be just fine as well. And then Kenny is going to have to do some work which hopefully doesn't include signing an aging reliever to a billion dollar long term contract again. -

QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 10:52 PM) What happened? Looked like Santos tweaked something, Ozzie and Herm checked on him and let him stay in the game. He looks fine now but I personally wouldn't have risked it. -

QUOTE (Rooftop Shots @ Sep 19, 2010 -> 05:18 PM) Used to have an airbrush business, but got tired of the business end of it. Got to the point where I hated it painting anymore. After a 7 year break, I recently started doing it again for ministry work within our local church. (murals. paintings, etc)It became enjoyable again. No longer doing what I felt "Forced" to do because of customers demands, but now doing it for reasons that I "want" to. That's badass dude

QUOTE (South Side Fireworks Man @ Sep 17, 2010 -> 04:16 PM) How so? You mean Mark wouldn't have retaliated at all after Paulie got hit in the face and then the ump would have issued a warning to both teams after Pierre got drilled later? I mean that I'm sure Mark wouldn't have come out and said that he did it on purpose.
