Dammit RNW im sick of agreeing with you so much lately. I always say protein is your friend as well, but make sure its clean protein. Egg whites and chicken are a huge part of my diet. Also cutting out high fructose corn syrup can lose you 5 lbs right away if you are a big pop drinker.

I believe they called it a "loose shoulder" at one point. Doesnt that just mean its torn?

out here in San Diego they are taking calls from people who have tried or want to try and get back at cheating boyfriends husbands etc. There was a woman who called up who has tried and failed at killing two ex lovers, then another girl call up and said she was on her way to shoot her boyfriend for cheating on her. How many crazy women are out there?
